1) About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of theccat.ca (the “Website”), including any member portal, course registration features, and online purchases. The Website is operated by College of Carpenters and Allied Trades Inc. (“CCAT,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2) Changes to these Terms (Right to modify terms)
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
3) Website use rules
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, member portal, accounts, or systems
- Interfere with the Website’s security or operation (including by introducing malware)

Payment processing: Payments are handled through third-party payment services and/or payment methods presented during checkout. CCAT does not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing availability.
Order/registration confirmation: A registration or purchase is not final until you receive a confirmation (on-screen and/or by email).
Refunds, cancellations, transfers: Refund and cancellation rules may vary by course or item and may be posted on the Website or provided during registration/checkout. Where no specific policy is posted, contact CCAT before purchase/registration to confirm current rules.
Errors: We may correct pricing, listing, or availability errors and may cancel or refuse registrations/orders placed based on an error. If payment was taken, we will follow our standard reversal/refund process.

All Website content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course descriptions, documents, design, and layout) is owned by CCAT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Website content without written permission from CCAT.
