This is a recognized Solid Surface Installer’s course. Students will be instructed in installation and repair techniques associated with solid surface products. Students will be required to demonstrate these techniques through the fabrication and installation of solid surface countertops and will be assessed on their understanding of the technical information associated with the product. Upon successful completion, students will be issued a manufacturers recognized qualified installer card.
This course and all associated written learning materials and examinations are available in English only. If you need translation assistance, you are welcome to bring a translator (friend or Family member, who is not registered to attend the class) to the course with you. If you have other literacy or reading challenges, you may also bring a reader to assist you. If you do not have anyone to help you with either your translation or reading needs, please contact our office as soon as possible before the course so that we can arrange assistance for you.

Block plane, measuring tape, 1" chisel, hammer, utility knife, PPE, notebook and pen
Deposit Requirements: The $50.00 course fee is a refundable deposit which will be credited back to you upon successful completion of the course unless you have exceeded the maximum allowable absence(s) permitted by your course.
