SketchUp Pro – Intro to BIM (Building Information Modeling)

In this introductory course, members will improve their skills in the following platforms: SketchUp Pro, ProCore, and MasterFormat. 

Members will develop new skills in planning, estimating, documenting, and presenting to deliver a brief project utilizing the programs listed above.  This course will help students to understand the importance of Building Modeling Information (BIM), how carpentry is developing, and where the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is heading in terms of both residential and commercial projects.

• IN PERSON: Tuesday & Thursday Evenings (5:00PM – 9:00PM)

This course and all associated written learning materials and examinations are available in English only.

Courses that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will be cancelled.

Prerequisites: None

Required Tools/Supplies: Pen/Pencil and Notebook/Paper.

Deposit Requirements: This is a high demand course. “No Shows” will not be tolerated for any reason. Individuals who fail to attend this class will forfeit their $100.00 course deposit.
