Phase III or Advanced Level schooling is the third of three levels of mandatory in-class training that every General Carpenter apprentice is required to successfully complete. Phase III is 9 full-time weeks long; classes run all day, every day from Monday through Friday. Apprentices will be required to attain 60% or higher in each of the three reportable subjects in order to pass Phase III. The three reportable subjects are: Commercial Construction; Plans, Specifications, & Codes III; and Estimating, Calculations, & Layout III. The 9th and final week will review all trade areas in preparation for writing the Red Seal Certificate of Qualification Exam on the last day of class.

*Note: The tools and textbooks from General Carpenter - Phase I and Phase 2 are also required for this course. To apply for this class you must have a vaild contract of apprenticeship registered with the Training Centre.
