WHMIS

The WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) course provides mandatory training on identifying hazardous materials, understanding Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and interpreting labels. Updated for GHS (Globally Harmonized System), the course covers hazard classes, safe handling, and emergency procedures to meet updated provincial occupational health regulations for workers.

This is a self-guided online class. An email containing the course link will be sent to the email address associated with your member account on the day of the class. Please check your Junk and Spam folders carefully. In order to receive certification, the course must be completed before 11:00PM on the date that it is assigned.

WHMIS training is valid for one year, and must be renewed on an annual basis.
