Floor Covering Installer - Level 1 (Basic)

Level 1 Floor Covering Installer (Basic) training is the first of two mandatory in-school training blocks. The ten-week program introduces apprentices to the fundamental skills, safety procedures, and theoretical knowledge required to install various floor coverings. Areas of focus include math and floor plans, subfloor preparation, carpet installation, resilient flooring, hardwood, and laminate.
